Depends. What is your domain? Are you or the person in question in US or trying to get to US. Health care and Biotech/Informatics is VERY vast field and lot depends on your domain expertise.

Gurus please let me know if there are job prospects for Healthcare Informatics given the economic conditions in USA.
It appears there is a good allocation of 9.2billion dollars for Healthcare IT in the stimulus. Does it provide impetus for this field?
Can an IT company sponsor H1 B for Healthcare Informatics or any of Medical IT fields and if so what would be the occupational code (DOL). What are possible job designation in this field in USA?

Requiring experience in addition to MS degree is considered "normal" for positions in Job Zone V. Whether it's more likely to trigger an audit or not - I doubt anybody will be able to tell you. For that somebody has to have experience of filing two PERMS, almost identical except for the experience requirement. I doubt many people have such an experience

H-1B through non-profits like Universities does not have a cap. Your only bet would be to find a job through one such an entity and apply for H-1B. Then you can pursue H-1B through any commercial entity during 2008 quota starting from April 2007.

--I have EAD and 485 pending. My current status is H1B. But if I use my EAD without marriage...
--Later I get married and I cannot bring her here, but if I wait until my PD becomes current and at which point of time my spouse can be added to 485, so does my spouse need to maintain a valid non-immigrant status to be added to my 485 since she will be out of US.

It sounds like your employer substituted you on an already approved labor cert. The original LC was approved before PERM came into effect, which is why they used the old forms. When doing an LC substitution, the employer kept the original approved Part A and the new, substituted employee needed to complete the Part B.

I'm getting a visa stamping date in Kolkata embassy but I'm from New Delhi. I dont want to take a chance and wait till the dates in New Delhi embassy are available. Can I schedule interview in Kolkata and later when dates become available in New Delhi change it ? I mean can I change the venue of my appointment ?

You can be a passive partner (investor) in any startup (even without any visa). To be an active partner, you need to be a permanent resident or citizen in US. Here is a link for the details... My labor was filed with job title from the employer as IT Lead (O*Net Code - 11-3021.00, O*Net title - Computer and Information Systems Managers). I am having an opportunity to convert to full-time on EAD (I-140 approved, EAD received 18months back). The new job title is Software Engineer(possible O*Net codes - 15-1032.00/15-1021.00/15-1031.00, possible O*Net title - Computer Software Engineer/Computer Programmer). Is it possible to file AC21 in this scenario. The salary and the job descriptions for both the Labor filing and the new opportunity are similar. I am worried if the title might cause a problem. I have to make a decision very soon. Please help.

He said that, at the same time, the US government has framed a policy for the companies to give preference to native Americans in employment.
Obama administration has taken up a practical approach in establishing relations with the countries while there were efforts in strengthening relations with India because of the "Brain Borrowing", he said.
Keur said there are 3 million Indians in the US who are contributing to its prosperity specially mentioning about the Andhraites who marked their presence in various fields in the US including IT.
