Who would be better to handle a complex GC case Murthy or Rajiv's office.
Any experience? I am looking for somebody who is responsive and can handle difficult queries from USCIS, if need be. How much do they charge for complete EB case?

Hi Folks,
Please suggest how safe is it to travel on previous employer's visa stamp and new approval notice....
Also, what happens if your previous employer cancels your visa, can u still use the same stamp...
Any help will be highly appreciated.

I travelled in 2004 using the visa stamp of other comapny . Not sure if any rules changed lately but again you can not apply for Visa stamping if your exipry date is more than 6 months .

All this inventory etc dosent make sense ,
Pending EB2 cases for china are around 2000 as per USCIS inventory .
but as per DOS Demand data its only 500 ..
God Knows whats Happening .

The data is incorrect. There are a lot of applications not accounted for. See Ron's posts whee the lawyer has done analysis and said that.

I agree that option B is the correct choice. They are looking for you to have a stable residency, so having it established as the application time nears makes the most sense. Still, I would consult with an expert or an attorney if you have the opportunity.

Also in NC, the DMV rules are changes to issue DL untill the Visa Stamp validity in PP, This will be an issue, if you extended your H1, but no valid visa in PP. Would recommend getting this done via internet.

Dear All,
I am filing AOS for my wife. I noticed G-325A is only single page now, I remember when I submitted mine it was 5 pages. Is it changed to 1 page only or I need to make 5 copies of that single page.
I am submitting AOS and EAD, according to my understanding only 2 photo for AOS and 2 photo for EAD, total 4 photos are required. I saw in some forum they are saying about 6 photos. Am I missing anything...

I heard that now all we are getting 2 Year EAD/ AP for renewals. Thats very good news to us. I have couple of questions on this.
1. How do we need to pay for renewal? Fee will be 2 years fee or 1 year fee?
2. Is this one combined document with EAD/AP?
3. Is this process already started?
