Graffiti Controversy
Graffiti is a form of creativity that is poured on a medium, art is frequently encountered on the walls and other public utilities, because the media used most are public goods, one of the branches of this art caused a controversy, on one hand the actors assume that what they are doing is a form of expression for their creativity, on the other hand, the officer authorized in this regard is the apparatus that they are doing is a violation because it is considered to have destructive and polluting the city, two sides who both consider what he believes is right.
